What this extension is

Bal Amazon Report Sync is a private companion to the Marketplace Hub (hub.ballucci.com). It downloads your own Amazon seller reports (advertising, sales & traffic, inventory, storage fees, inventory ledger) from your already-signed-in browser session and uploads them to your own private Hub account. It is built for the Ballucci team and does nothing else.

Data the extension accesses

Report data from advertising.amazon.com and Amazon Seller Central, using the session your browser already has. The extension never sees, asks for, or stores your Amazon password.

Where data goes

Report contents are sent only to the Hub backend you configured (by default hub.ballucci.com, a private, single-operator service). Your Hub username and password are sent only to that backend, once, to obtain an access token. Nothing is ever sent to any third party. No analytics, no tracking, no ads, and no data is sold or shared.

Data stored on your computer

The extension keeps, in Chrome's local extension storage: your Hub access token, your task configuration and preferences, and the last 100 run-log entries. Signing out clears the token; uninstalling the extension removes everything.

Permissions, and why each is needed

• storage — save your settings, tasks, and access token locally.
• alarms — run your scheduled report syncs.
• sidePanel — the extension's user interface.
• downloads — save report files to your Downloads folder when you ask for them.
• tabs — open the task manager page and switch the Seller Central account session.
• Amazon host access (advertising.amazon.com, Seller Central domains, *.amazonaws.com) — fetch your reports from your logged-in session; the AWS domain is where Amazon serves the report files themselves.
• hub.ballucci.com — upload the reports to your Hub.

If this policy changes, the effective date above is updated and the new version is published at this address.
